The House

The main lodge is a lofty, sun lit timber frame design located on a private 60 acre lot that includes open field space surrounded by natural forest. The main view culminates in a tranquil horizon line of far away mountains and large open sky.

Inside the lodge’s first floor you will find an open layout including a spacious area that flows comfortably from living to dining to a well appointed kitchen space with outdoor deck access. A Tulikivi soapstone thermal mass wood stove is perfect for those cool Northeastern spring, fall and winter evenings. Additionally, there is a first floor full bath and 3 bedrooms. First floor bedrooms include: one with a full and a twin size mattress bunk bed and a bedroom with a queen sized bed that features a charming window seat – perfect for quiet time and reflection! A large master bedroom features a king sized bed, a walk in closet, deck access and a well appointed private bathroom with spa tub and glassed in shower overlooking the peaceful view of a forest, open sky and distant mountain range. The master bath was recently redesigned in spring of 2020.

Head downstairs and find a walk out level that is packed with recreational amenities including a bar with bar stools, a multi game sit down style arcade console, vintage Adams Family pinball machine, Big Buck Hunter II full sized arcade game, billiards table, and 65″ large screen TV with entertainment center. Additionally, there is a Sunny spin bike, Proform Elliptical and Bowmax Trainer / exercise nook, a large open seating area and yet another cozy wood stove. A full bathroom is located on this floor along with a spacious bedroom that includes a queen sized bed.
