The Property

Enter into the property on a well paved, secluded private drive. Ample parking is available in the front of the lodge and outbuildings. The property is enclosed in a native soft and hard wood forest. This allows for maximum privacy on this 60 acre lot in rural Northeastern New York. The lodge property is well manicured including perennial flowers, ornamental trees, bushes and curated stonescapes.

The full length back patio includes a sizable sunken fire pit, a large hot tub, propane gas grill, sunning / seating area and a large deck. Imagine late night fireside drinks in the hot tub while basking in the full moon light and you start to get the potential of this well appointed outdoor space!

The view from the back of the lodge, including the upper area common spaces, master bedroom and lower level recreation area is to the south. It includes a well maintained 2 acre field sporting a dappled birch periphery that dissolves into the natural forest. As the property is situated on a hill, the ability to see a large swath of sky and a gently rolling mountain range in the distance is maximized in the long scenic view.
